Legal notice

Movie TCG is a personal, non-professional website published by an individual who has chosen to remain anonymous, as article 6, III, 2 of French law no. 2004-575 of 21 June 2004 on trust in the digital economy (LCEN) allows.

Their identity and contact details are held in the contract with the site's host, which can pass them to the judicial authorities on request. Publication director: the publisher.

To reach us: contact@movietcg.com.

The site is hosted by netcup GmbH, Emmy-Noether-Straße 10, 76131 Karlsruhe, Germany (netcup.com).

Traffic goes through Cloudflare, Inc., 101 Townsend Street, San Francisco, CA 94107, United States, which protects the site against attacks and bots and speeds up its delivery.

The data on movies, TV shows and people (titles, overviews, posters, popularity, viewer ratings) comes from TMDb (The Movie Database). Movie TCG uses the TMDb API but is not endorsed or certified by TMDb.

Titles, posters and names belong to their rights holders. They are shown here only to identify the works in a free game. Movie TCG is not affiliated with any studio, distributor or actor.

The game itself (its code, rules, texts, graphics, composed cards and animations) is the publisher's work. Any reproduction or reuse without their written consent is forbidden, apart from a short quotation crediting the source.

Links that share a pack or a card (for example to social networks) are free to use.

A username, message or text posted by a player looks unlawful to you, or infringes your rights? Write to contact@movietcg.com with the page address, what the problem is and why. We reply as soon as we can and remove anything manifestly unlawful without delay.

A security flaw? Write to the same address: it is also published in the site's security.txt file.
